Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are accepted online only through our official website. We do not process offline orders.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Partner

All domestic and international shipments are dispatched through Blue Dart for secure and reliable delivery.

Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

3. Shipping Coverage

We ship PAN India and worldwide.

  • Domestic Delivery: 3–7 business days
  • International Delivery: 7–15 business days (subject to customs clearance)

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes as per the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

No cancellation requests will be accepted after 12 hours.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We follow a strict No Return Policy.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product delivered is different from what was ordered, or
  • The item is damaged during transit.

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear unboxing video and product images for verification.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or minor color variations due to lighting or photography.

6. Delivery Delays

Pinnacle Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
